1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flowbie.ai ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flowbie.ai provides video transcription services powered by OpenAI Whisper. The Service allows users to upload video files or import from Google Drive to generate text transcriptions with timestamps.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credit System

Flowbie.ai operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased as one-time payments:

• Small: €12 for 5,000 credits (~1.4 hours of transcription)
• Medium: €20 for 10,000 credits (~2.8 hours)
• Large: €49 for 50,000 credits (~14 hours)
• XL: €79 for 100,000 credits (~28 hours)

1 credit = 1 second of video duration. Credits expire 1 year after purchase and do not auto-renew. You may purchase additional credits at any time.

Free Credits: Anonymous users and new sign-ups receive 2,000 free credits to try the service.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

• Credit purchases are one-time payments (not recurring subscriptions)
• Prices are in Euros (EUR)
• Credits expire 1 year after purchase
• Expired credits cannot be refunded or extended
• Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 10% of credits have been used (see Refund Policy)
• We do not store your credit card information (handled by Stripe)

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service:

• You grant us permission to process your videos for transcription
• Videos are deleted immediately after processing
• We store only the transcription text in our database
• You can delete your transcriptions at any time
• We do not sell or share your content with third parties

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of transcriptions (AI-generated content may contain errors)
• Availability of specific features or integrations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWBIE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abuse of the service or excessive API usage

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
